Since 2005, LEX Services has been a recognized provider of extended warranty plans and programs across the nation.
We have been enabling appliance retailers to offer their customers the option and opportunity to be protected with a longer product warranty, protecting them against costly repairs for electrical and mechanical defects that manifest after the expiration of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
To-date, we are the only extended warranty provider in the country that has a nationwide presence. We have Coordinators stationed in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Our People and Facilities
LEX Services is being led by a management team with over 50 man-years of experience in the extended warranty business.
Our Claims and Sales teams are led by a seasoned appliance individual who had been trained and exposed to servicing various electronic products here and abroad. His expansive residency in the industry enabled him to build a solid relationship with the leading industry players, both retailers and manufacturers.
We have a customer-centric pool of people dedicated to servicing the claims of our warranty customers. Service being the heart of our business, our claims people are armed with a full understanding of our customer’s rights under the extended warranty contract, and the discipline and proficiency to get across such understanding to our customers. Our operation is aided by a dynamic database system (designed and constantly modified to meet our evolving business needs), a hotline truncating to several phone terminals where a claims personnel awaits, a toll-free hotline for provincial customers, and an adaptive SMS System (Zerix) that customers can use for filing notice of claim.
LEX Services has been successfully administering the extended warranty programs of the leading appliance and gadget retailers such as SM Appliances, Western Marketing, Anson’s Appliances, Avid Sales Corporation (AV Surfer Shops and Sony Centers), Saver’s Appliance Depot, and Magic Appliance Center. Among these retailers, Lex Extended Warranty is present in more than 230 appliance and gadget stores nationwide.
Our Network of Service Centers
The backbone of a successful and reliable extended warranty program is the network of repair centers. A program is only as good as its service providers.
We take pride in proclaiming that we have a network of more than 130 authorized service centers, with extensive reach across the nation. As these serviced centers are the same repairers used by the manufacturers during the original warranty, each is authorized, trained and licensed by the brands they repair.
The Consumer Products and Brands We Cover
Lex Services has a defined list of products and brands that it has accredited over time. While product material and craftsmanship are important factors during accreditation, the quality of after-sales service capability remains an integral consideration. Extended warranty, after all, is a promise fulfilled only by the service provided when the need arises. Our range continues to develop as we constantly evaluate products and brands.
