HOW TO JOIN

‘LEXCITING TREAT’ PROMO is from December 4, 2019 to January 31, 2020 only.
Open to Filipinos aged 18 years and above.
To qualify, purchase any LEX Services Inc. (LEX) product (Extended Warranty, Small Appliance Replacement Plan, and Gadget Guard) within the promo period from any of these participating stores:
- 1st Megasaver
- Anson’s
- Asianic
- Avid Sales Corporation
- Digitrade
- Home Along
- Magic Appliance
- MemoXpress (MX)
- Western Appliances
- And other partner stores that will be onboarded within the promo period
One (1) purchase of Extended Warranty, Small Appliance Replacement Plan, or Gadget Guard has a corresponding contract number. One contract number is equivalent to one (1) electronic raffle entry. Multiple purchases are allowed.

Example: If you buy one gadget (can be a tablet and a mobile phone) and a washing machine, then purchase LEX product for both, you will get two (2) raffle entries because you have two (2) contract numbers.
Or if you buy a gadget with Gadget Guard and an appliance with Extended Warranty at the same time, you will also get two (2) raffle entries.
Or if you buy a gadget with Gadget Guard and an appliance with Extended Warranty at the same time, you will also get two (2) raffle entries.
To earn a raffle entry, submit the following details to LEX Services website’s promo page (https://lexservices.ph/promo/):
- NAME
- LEX CONTRACT NUMBER
- ADDRESS
- MOBILE NUMBER
The more entries you have, the more chances of winning.
Deadline of submission of entries is on January 31, 2020 at 11:59PM.
Three (3) LEX customers will win any of the following:
- (1 Winner) Washing machine (Panasonic Single Tub 8.0kg NA-S8018BAQ worth P5,000)
- (1 Winner) Television (Skyworth 32” Smart TV 32E2000D worth P10,000)
- (1 Winner) Smartphone (Oppo A52020 worth P7,000) with Digipay Kabuhayan (P10,000 worth of Digipay credits)
Winners will be selected via electronic raffle draw on February 5, 2020 (5:00PM) which will be held at LEX’s office, 6F G Business Hub, 728 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City 1552 with the presence of a DTI representative. Winners will be announced on February 6, 2020.
A LEX customer can only win once.
If the name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
20% tax of prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by LEX Services Inc.
The prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
Winners will be contacted by LEX via phone call and notified through their registered mail.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

Winners may claim their prize at LEX’s office or at any LEX participating store near them.
The winner must present his/her original LEX Contract along with one (1) valid ID to claim the prize.
Valid ID samples:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- SS/UMID
- PhilHealth
- TIN
- PAG-IBIG
- PRC
- Voter's ID
- NBI Clearance
- Postal ID
Redemption period is within 60 days upon receipt of the registered mail.
Employees of LEX Services Inc., its participating stores, affiliates, and their relatives (up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity) are disqualified from the promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is LEX Services Inc., (LEX) with registered office address at 6/F, G Business Hub, 728 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City 1552.
The promotion is open to residents of the Philippines aged 18 years and above.
The customer must purchase any LEX product (Extended Warranty, Small Appliance Replacement Plan, and Gadget Guard) to enter this promotion.
Multiple purchases are allowed. The more purchases you have, the more electronic raffle entries you will get.
- Example: If you buy one gadget (can be a tablet and a mobile phone) and a washing machine, then purchase LEX product for both, you will get two (2) raffle entries because you have two (2) contract numbers.
- Or if you buy a gadget with Gadget Guard and an appliance with Extended Warranty at the same time, you will also get two (2) raffle entries. The number of times a customer purchased a LEX product is the number of entries he/she will have.

- A LEX Services Inc. customer can only win once.
The prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry.
Winners may claim their prize at LEX’s office or at any LEX participating store near them within 60 days upon receipt of registered mail.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Philippine data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
