What is warranty extension?
Warranty extension is a program provided by Lex Services, Inc. in cooperation with the appliance dealers, whereby the customers who bought an eligible appliance can buy a warranty extension contract for said appliance which will extend its warranty for additional years. The coverage of the warranty extension is the same as the original manufacturer's warranty.

What are the different warranty extension plans?
Please see the different extension warranty plans below:

White Lines: washing machine, aircon, refrigerator, and microwave
Brown Lines: television, speakers, and projector
Gadgets: mobile phones
Small Appliances: electric kettle, rice cooker, and iron

You will be instructed which service center to bring your unit to or arrange a home visit of the technician (only for big appliances). The repairers are the same service centers authorized by the brands.
